The ProForm 310 CSX is equipped with reinforced by a SMR ™ resistance system that allows you to enjoy your sessions in silence whilst breaking into a sweat with the 16 levels of resistance to choose from.
Simply pressing the or - buttons on the console will allow you to ramp up the resistance as you pedal.
